The jobs dashboard has been designed for ease of use. It’s simple UI and organisation makes the experience intuitive and friendly. You can now:
Create job position listings
Quickly add job details, responsibilities and salary information for potential candidates to see. Specify whether you allow sponsored work, if not, the system will automatically reject the application. You can also toggle jobs on and off, instead of creating a new listing, to save time.
Advertise through your website
Choose to advertise and have people apply easily through the Pairly Pro widget, directly on your website. You can also choose to turn off this feature.
Shortlist candidates
Never lose sight of promising applications. To promote collaborative working, you can shortlist candidates for your team to follow up with. You can also accept, decline and report applications as spam.
View and download CV’s
Pairly Pro will ask candidates to upload their CVs through the widget, which can then be downloaded to your files or quickly viewed within your dashboard. You can also add applications from other sources to the jobs dashboard for easy access.
Access contact information
Click into applications to view all contact information and notes the candidate has written. From this screen, you can also view or download their CV if they have uploaded one.
Multiple candidate positions
Accept multiple candidates for the same job position to avoid creating duplicate job postings. This works great for positions such as “Care Assistant” where you may want to continuously promote an opening.
