Since the release of Pairly Pro 2.0, our live availability search tool, we have been working hard to improve functionality, care request and lead management and add some new exciting features. Listening to the feedback from our industry partners, we have added new functionality and lead capture points which give you extended insight into your website traffic and potential clients.
Lead capture and conversion
Pairly Pro captures incomplete care submissions within your dashboard. Under care requests, you have access to a "Leads" tab. This tab allows you to see care seeker enquiries that were not verified or submitted. Lead data is captured at three points, telephone number, postcode and availability.
This enables you to:
Reach out and offer assistance
Rule out accidental non-submission
Monitor drop-off within your chat process
Once you reach out and make contact, you now have the option to transfer the lead to care requests. You also have the ability to add extra data such as care needed and useful notes. They will then follow the same process as a care request so you can track the lead progress. We have also added time stamps to all care requests so you can monitor your acceptance times.
Care requests and area management
If your company is part of a franchise network and a care seeker accidentally requests care from the wrong location, you can now select 'not my area' and this will be automatically reallocated to a location within your network who can accept the request.
If your postcode availability isn't up to date you can re-allocate a care request to your location. This system is built to stop potential care seekers from falling through the cracks and creates more harmonious working within multi-location companies.
Coming soon!
Over the next few months, we will be developing an App which will make accepting care requests even more efficient. We have learnt that the faster a care request is accepted, conversion rates increase. With the Pairly App, you will be able to accept care requests on the move!
It is still early days but we are very excited to have this in the pipeline. As always we will be listening to your feedback as we continue to develop and improve. Thank you for your continued support.
