Welcome to our simple step-by-step guide to creating your Pairly account
Creating and completing your Pairly account will give you access to availability, rate cards and care requests! You can also purchase Pairly Pro to connect your website with the Pairly real-time availability system through a simple widget.

Step 1
When creating a new account, select the “provider of care” option.
Step 2
Complete the information required, click “Next step” and create a new password for your account.
Enter your provider ID after choosing a password. This will pull your locations and regulator assessment to Pairly and make it visible on your profile.
Step 3
Once you have entered your provider ID, your other locations will appear as check boxes below.
Select the locations you would like to show on the Pairly website and click “Next Step”.
Step 4
A verification email will be sent to your inbox.
Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it and contact us if you have any issues at help@pairly.com.
Step 5
Click “Manage provider” and click the “Profile” tab, add information care seekers can use to identify your company.
